Nokia Android Phones Finally Launch in Indonesia

HMD Global successfully managed to launch their low-end smartphone Nokia 3 at a price of Rp 1,899,000/- followed by Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 in Indonesia. The three Android powered Nokia smartphones were reported to launch earlier this week but got delayed because of various reasons. Earlier this month, HMD Global partnered with a local Indonesian firm and set up an entire manufacturing plant. That allowed them to finally start selling Nokia phones officially in the country.

However, you must have noticed that the price of Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 is still unknown. That’s because we heard that Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 would be officially launching in October, 2017 — not in this month. Country Manager for HMD Global Indonesia, Mark Trundle, during the launch event said, “Both Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 will be launch in October. The prices will be revealed in upcoming announcement” that made it clear for us that this was the launch event for Nokia 3 only. And yet we would be having another launch event exclusively for Nokia 5 and Nokia 6.
