Nokia 3 drivers are now available for download. The latest USB drivers come bundled with the phone itself and you are asked to install them when you connect your Nokia phone to the computer. These drivers are only needed for Windows users so you can transfer your files, photos, music and other content between the phone and PC. As for Mac users, they can use Android File Transfer app developed by Google to transfer content between their Nokia 3 and the computer.
There are several other apps and tools that can be used to transfer content, but once you install the official drivers, you will be able to connect your phone using ADB and Fastboot mode as well. This helps when trying to flash mods, rooting your phone or even when connecting the phone with Android Studio for Android app development.
These USB drivers have been extracted from the Nokia 3 phone and have not been modified in any way. If you try to directly connect the Nokia 3 to a Mac, the drivers window does not show up properly. So it is better to simply download Android File Transfer from Google and install it.
You can also download the following, pulled out of the Nokia 3:

You can download the Nokia 3 drivers ZIP file from the download link here: Download Nokia_3_USB_Drivers.zip
NOTE: In our Nokia 3 unit, the phone was having issues with Mac. This drive with Android File Transfer and other files never show up when you connect the phone with a MacBook. Instead, you get an error to ‘Eject’ or ‘Ignore’. You may have to download and install the Android File Transfer app on your computer directly from Google.
