The wait is finally over. It’s been almost 7 months since HMD Global announced their Nokia devices and their sales of Nokia smartphones were over the charts when Nokia 3, 5 and 6 were launched in China as the first flash sale was out of stock in 60 seconds. After China, the phones have been launched in several countries including Pakistan, India, Australia etc. Nokia phones have been doing really well, wherever they have launched so far.
HMD Global is now slowly entering the European countries, Serbia and Croatia, with their Nokia series of phones – Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. Nokia 3 and 5 are available at all the major retailers in Croatia whereas Nokia 5 is available from the largest retailer in Croatia, “Croatian Telecom” which is owned by Deutsche Telekom. As far as Nokia 6 is concerned, it is available via one of the online stores of Nokia’s distributors but Nokia 6 will be available with most of the retailers in upcoming days.
Nokia Phone Prices in Croatia:
These new Nokia phones will retail at the following prices in Croatia:
- Nokia 3: 1,199kn (€162, $190)
- Nokia 5: 1,699kn (€230, $270)
- Nokia 6: 2,099kn (€284, $332)
Nokia Phones in Serbia:
All the Nokia devices are more easily available for purchase in Serbia than Croatia. Nokia 3 and 6 are available on Telenor online store where as Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 can be purchased from VIP Mobile and MTS. Prices are almost similar to Croatia. Maybe, just maybe, Nokia devices are available for a little more affordable price in Serbia.
The devices are available from a wide range of operators in Europe.
HMD Global seem to be adding more and more distributors to its list as they make way for the flagship device of the year to announce later this month. Nokia 8 is expected to have a 13 megapixels dual-camera with Carl Zeiss optics, a high-end processor like the Snapdragon 835 and lots of RAM and storage. Thanks to a few leaks, we now also have Nokia 8 hands-on pictures to get an idea what the phone will look like.
