HMD Global has also released the latest Nokia 8 September 2017 security update, after rolling it out for the Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. This should be the very first Android security update for the Nokia 8, since its global availability. Nokia 8 has been releasing in a new country every day and we have covered it all, but releasing a high-end flagship also means keeping it up-to-date with regular software updates.
This is where HMD Global has been shining so far! They have promised regular software updates for each of their phones and they have kept it so far. Nokia 5 received the September 2017 update first, earlier this month. Later, Nokia released the same update for Nokia 6 and we just posted yesterday on how to download it.
