Nokia 8 has made its way into the Philippines and is now available for purchase for just P29,990. HMD Global launched the flagship device a couple of days back at an event held at Manila House in Taguig. This phone has been launched at a great price as compared to the official price in European countries. For the eager Nokia fans in the Philippines, Nokia 8 is now available at retailers nationwide for those who want to get their hands on the device.
This flagship phone is powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor, same as many other flagship devices by other manufacturers. However, there is a very important point that makes the Nokia 8 stand out the rest – its price. Nokia 8 is the cheapest Android phone available with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, beating most of the competition. Other than the processor, Nokia 8 also comes with a great set of features.
Nokia 8 will be making its way to many more countries in the month of October. Most notably, we are still awaiting the launch of this phone in the US and China markets. HMD Global has not yet announced or confirmed any release dates for these two markets, but there are many reports that we will be looking at an upgraded model of the Nokia 8. By upgrade, we mean more RAM and internal storage inside Nokia 8.
For now, Nokia fans in Philippines can grab the flagship phone at this great price. If you are reading this from the Philippines, do let us know about if you are looking forward to buy the Nokia 8.
