We take it head to head with the first flagship from HMD Global — the Nokia 8.

On the software front, being a Google device, Pixel 2 has the latest Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Nokia 8, on the other hand, features Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Oreo on its way. There are many things that Nokia 8 does better and then there are a few areas where the Google Pixel 2 performs better. Nokia 8 features the best of hardware specs with the most powerful processor, lots of RAM and dual cameras. On the other hand, Google’s Pixel 2 phones have similar tech specs, but has a single camera at the back which has been announced as the highest-rated smartphone camera from DxoMark. We can’t wait to get both these Android phones with us and compare them head-to-head in the real-world tests.
