Thanks to EVLeaks, we now have, what seem to be, official renders for the upcoming Nokia 1 and Nokia 7 Plus by HMD Global. Both of these phones are expected to launch pretty soon at MWC 2018 – Mobile World Congress. Starting off with the Nokia 1, it seems that this smartphone will replace Nokia 2 to be the brand’s cheapest offering. Rumored specs like 1GB RAM indicate it might also make use of Android Go version which is meant for smartphones with less resources. As for the Nokia 7 Plus, it features a high-end design, fingerprint sensor on the back and most importantly, dual camera setup. Read ahead to find more details about Nokia 1 and Nokia 7 Plus along with renders.
What’s intriguing about both phones is, they fall at the extreme end of the lineup. The Nokia 1 places itself right at the very start whereas the Nokia 7 Plus seems to be HMD Global’s high-end smartphone. Both, in their own right, are setting off to be great smartphones as per the rumors.
Nokia 1 Renders and Details:
Nokia 1 is set to feature Android Go, as previously mentioned. The hardware would be 1GB of RAM, 8GB storage and an IPS LCD display panel. For the design, the smartphone follows a more curvier look than existing HMD Global smartphones which means it is targeted towards the youth. The renders show the Nokia 1 in a bright red color along with a toned down dark blue variation as well.
Nokia 7 Plus Renders and Details:
This smartphone has been in the headlines for quite some time due to previous rumors but this time around, there is a lot more substance. By the looks of it, Nokia 7 Plus will come out to be HMD Global’s first 18:9 smartphone. What’s more obvious from the renders is the fact that there are dual cameras on the back and the design follows a dual tone color scheme just like on the recent Nokia 6 2018.
We are excited to see both of these smartphones unveiled officially in the coming few weeks. Which one are you more excited about? Reach us through the comments.
